This simply provides a starting point for creating a customized contract or plan. It could include any respite care, legacy work, vigil planning, meaning work, personalized rituals, bereavement work, or vigil support that falls outside of a given package.

Living Wakes or Funerals offer the dying and their loved ones a chance to gather, share memories, and reflect together. This is a powerful experience and creates a lasting memory for anyone involved.

Grief is a necessary process for our well-being. Sometimes we are unprepared for grief or don’t have the time, space, or capacity to grief at the time of someone’s passing. And while grief circles are often helpful in processing loss and grief, they are an especially good way to honor a loved one who died suddenly or even one for whom we never had the chance to grieve.
Creating a ritual container to house this delayed grieving process can be very healing, whether weeks, months, or years after the death.
